Never used their service before, but I watched an employee park sideways in a handicap stall without a permit. Not good for the company image!

Good, knowledgeable, friendly staff 2 stars for that. As far as prices go, Fleet Brake is cheaper than the dealership but still expensive. A new part's store that just opened up across the street called "ABS" sells what Fleet Break does for 30-40% cheaper! Plus much better hours of service across the street. (They open on Sundays)
